Pre-participation physical for 2011-2012.
Physicals will be given at Norman High School May 5th, 2011 from 6pm-8pm. First come, first served for $10 per athlete. Athlete must present a completed physical packet and payment to gain entry. Blank packets can be picked up at either high school.
